Pipelining can be done by 2 different ways. 1st way is by inversion unit. The installer calibrates the correct inversion pressure while the liner inverts itself through the existing host pipe and the Installer controls the speed to ensure proper installation. Once the liner is inverted and holding pressure, the Installer attaches a special cap to hold pressure during the curing time. The liner holding pressure is maintained using a portable air tank until cured.
The inversion unit system is designed for 2” – 8” pipe diameters. The system can be installed through clean-outs or open end pipes. Only one access point is required. The liner can be ambient cured in 4 hours or hot water cured in as little as 1 to 2 hour. 2” to 4” diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 120FT + in length, while 5” to 8” diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 600FT + in length.
2nd system is the coating system that coats unlined or lined pipes or connections from 1¼" - 8" with a coating pump and brushes and 2 part epoxy is coated in pipe then cured. 2 coats or more may be needed to get proper thickness. We can coat anything from a small area (such as a lined connection) to entire piping systems with dual-color 100% solids epoxy resin cartridges for cast iron, PVC, concrete or clay pipes.
